Self Catering Suite
The Self catering Suite is sea-facing with superb views, has all the same comforts and luxuries as the sea-facing double rooms but is furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette and large terrace with its own barbecue facility leading straight onto the beach. It is privately situated with its own entrance and sleeps 2 guests, ideal for a longer stay or for guests requiring self-catering facilities.

Family Suite
The Family Suite is privately situated with access to the garden and beach via a short pathway alongside the Villa. It has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is very spacious boasting all comforts and luxuries. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and second TV. Sleeps 4 comfortably and is perfect for a families, friends or colleagues.

Superior Suite
The Superior Suite is larger than our double/twin rooms. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanity basins and bath tub. Privately situated on the 1st floor with sweeping sea views with large private balcony from where you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets.

Honeymoon Suite
The Honeymoon Suite is the largest of all rooms, privately situated on the top floor with large balcony from where you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets and sea views. It has a draped four poster bed, cosy fireplace, walk-in shower and large private jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. It surely can’t get more romantic than that.

Beach Apartment
The Beach Apartment is a stunningly situated 2-bedroomed apartment on the first floor with private access. It is 80m2, has open rafter ceilings and sweeping views from open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one of them with jacuzzi. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the large balcony with barbecue facilities.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to arrival will incur cancellation fees as follows:
- 50% deposit paid on booking is non refundable on cancelation
- If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- If cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of full accommodation cost
- If cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of full accommodation cost
- If cancelled within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show – 100% of full accommodation cost
